r9999 ("we", "company", "platform") operates an online casino and sports betting service. These Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

From the date these Terms take effect, all prior oral or written agreements are considered void. r9999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify users appropriately after any changes.

1.1 Definitions

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

2.4 Account Security

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

r9999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Deposits via any other method are not accepted.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• If identity verification has not been completed, withdrawal requests will remain on hold.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at r9999, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — bringing the total balance to ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in total wagers before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers apply only to valid and active account holders.
• Each bonus promotion may have its own expiry — see the relevant promotion page for details.
• r9999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected misuse.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

4.4 Other Promotions

Terms for regular promotions, cashback offers, and special events are published separately with each offer. The terms of such promotions apply alongside these general terms.

5.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error is proven. If a technical issue occurs during a game or betting event, r9999 reserves the right to void that round and return the stake.

5.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Rules regarding betting markets, result determination, and odds are detailed in the relevant section. Until official results are published, the result announced by r9999 will be considered final.

5.3 Casino Games

r9999's casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and many other game types. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. The individual rules of each game provider apply.

5.4 Technical Errors

If a bet or game is left incomplete due to server issues, internet disconnection, or other technical reasons, r9999 will make a decision after appropriate investigation. In such cases, r9999's decision is final.

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades are determined based on a user's activity and contributions. r9999 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time. Cashback is credited as a bonus and bonus terms may also apply to it.

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Exploiting technical errors or software vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding or collectively abusing bonuses as a group.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Harassing other users or staff of the platform.
• Conducting fraudulent activities against the platform.
• Depositing using stolen or another person's payment method.

7.2 Account Closure Process

If evidence of a terms violation is found, r9999 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Bonus funds in a closed account will be forfeited, and the original deposited amount may be returned after a proper investigation.

7.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any available real money balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
